| Shipment |
All shipments are FOB Dallas, TX. Freight collect
and normally within 7 working days. Please be aware that shipout
orders by common freight carriers are subjected to high percentage
freight cost varying in delivery location and amount ordered.

| Shipping Order Minimum |
$800 by case lot only. No minimum for pickup order.

| Prices |
All prices are FOB (Freight On Board) Dallas, TX.
While all times and prices may be subject to change or discontinue
without notice, we will do our best to publicize any changes.

| Return
Policy |
Any return items will be subject to 15% restocking
fee. You must check all items and sign with the drivers, otherwise
Crafton will not be held responsible for missing items.

| Defective Merchandise |
Claims for missing parts or defective merchandise
must be made within 90 days form the date of its original purchase.
This will not apply to commercial use, abuse, and wear & tear
from usage, and exposure to extreme in temperature or humidity.
Damage claims must be against freight company immediately before
signing the freight bill. All return merchandise must be in its
original box and pre-approved by authorized personnel and subject
to inspection.
